About us
At Enzymetique, our mission is to transform enzyme production into sustainable and ethical solutions.
With over 15 years of experience in biochemistry, we design products that combine performance with a commitment to transparency and ethical values.
In our laboratory in Nantes (France), we carry out all the steps of manufacturing our enzymes with the goal of reducing the negative impact on the environment.
Meet our team
Louise Lassalle
Co-founder and researcher
Louise is a researcher in biochemistry and biophysics, specializing in the study of yeast and its application in biotechnology. At Enzymethic, she is committed to minimizing administrative uncertainties to focus on science..
Yann Huon de Kermadec
Co-founder and researcher
Yann is a biochemist at heart, never far from the lab bench and his FPLCs. With Enzymethic, he aims to share his passion for biochemistry by developing products accessible to everyone..

They support us
Ensuring the viability of the project often relies on the crucial support of these structures, through grants or support programs
Our ecosystem
Combining technical and social innovation, Enzymethic operates within various networks of the Nantes metropolitan area
The Ecossolies network
We join Ecossolies to learn about the principles of the social and solidarity economy, meet inspiring actors, and participate in workshops. This network is a key partner in preparing our transition to the status of a cooperative company.
Beyond support, it integrates us into a committed ecosystem and helps build, with the 300 stakeholders in the area, a more collaborative and responsible economy.
Atlanpole Biothérapies
Certified by the Atlanpole Biotherapies competitiveness cluster, our Pilibre project benefited from its support during its development. The competitiveness cluster, which brings together the biomedical sector, provides us with privileged access to the innovation network of the Grand Ouest through its events..
